Adrian Mark Camps FRICS, IRRV, MEI, MCIArb, MEWI, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Corporate Member of the Institute of Rating, Revenues and Valuation, a Member of the Energy Institute, a member of the Institute of Arbitrators and and a member of the Expert Witness Institute.
Adrian has over 17 years experience of Roadside properties. He has carried out consultancy work for BP Oil UK Ltd over many years. He is appointed by the President of the RICS as an Arbitrator and Expert and carries out Expert Witness work in the Lands Tribunal and High Court. Throughout this time Adrian has worked closely with many corporate and individual clients, Oil Companies, Motor Manufacturers and Dealer Groups on large scale rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, disposals compulsory purchase and other negotiations, throughout the UK and Europe. He continues to act for a wide variety of clients including major oil companies, dealer groups, Plc Companies and private individuals, throughout a wide geographical area. |

Andrew Carr BScQS, MRICS, ICEngS is a Construction Cost Consultant practising in Mainland Europe based from his office in Berlin. Andrew is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Engineering Surveyors and the Institute of Chartered Litigators.
He is Chartered Quantity Surveyor specialising in: New Line Building Contract Management, Claims Management, Project Management and Construction Cost Control, Programming, Mechanical and Electrical matters. Andrew has over twenty years experience in the UK, Germany, Poland and other European markets, as well as the USA and Africa. Project management services are offered to the contractor or the client property manager. His years of experience include construction cost planning and budgeting, contractual advice, recommending the appropriate form of construction contract, project management, claims preparation in respect of additional cost reimbursement, recovery of liquidated and ascertained damages, advise on construction insurance, guarantee bonds, and other such matters. |

John Hardy, Development Surveyor
John has more than 16 years of development expertise in roadside development and established his own consultancy over 9 years ago. He has completed numerous successful schemes for many corporate and private clients with a particular emphasis on trunk road service areas. John has considerable experience in the identification, acquisition and subsequent development of greenfield sites negotiating the required planning approvals, associated legal documentation and instructing the full professional team to deliver the completed scheme. He has carried out consultancy work for both McDonald's Restaurants Limited and Little Chef & Travelodge for many years, both of whom are still valued clients. During this period millions of pounds worth of new developments have been built, many of them alongside new oil company investment to comprise comprehensive roadside services. |
